I just had a chance to login through my computer & I noticed that I haven't been verified as a provider yet, What am I missing?

Once the required information is received the verification process could take 24-48 hours.

I am sorry but I cannot find any record of you contacting me. Did you contact another Mod instead? I would be happy to help you if you would refer to by post that JJ has quoted. It contains what needs to be submitted.

I have search the PM's and emails I have for the last three years I have been a Mod and I can find no reference to you but I will be happy to help you, all I need is the information requested in the post JJ quoted. If you would please sent it to me again I will do what I can to get you set up.
