That is the first time I have seen the add with her new name, so I think the answer to that question is yet to be determined. She is cute enough though that somebody is probably going to test that out and see what happens.

This is wishful thinking, but I wish they'd do what I always try to do in business. Read the critiques with a cool eye checking for validity. Is there something I could have done better? Does the complainant have a point? How can I improve to resolve the stated issues?

Sometimes some people are just impossible to please and you can pass off their complaints. But I think you should always examine your actions, words and motives to check that you're properly doing your job.
