Kezer, the real reason that she's going back to the Left coast is due to her suddenly developing a guilty conscience. Ya' see, she was *supposed* to bring me presents from when she went on her Island trip. (The Hawaiian Islands, silly. Don't be nasty.).

Now, whether the airlining peoples lost them, or the UPS crew mistakenly sent that big-ol', huge'ol package of my joyous presents to that great black hole in the outer space where all lost packages go to the ever-life; package purgatory...or whether the Airline Marshals thought the presents were SofaKingAwesome, they decided to take them into custody and then raided the evidence room and ran off with them, who knows?

The sad fact of the matter is that I didn't get my presents and Amelia is such a sweet, kind, considerate, thoughtful, and caring young woman, that she's going to go back out to California to see if she can't get to the bottom of this heist...or to simply acquire some new ones for me to enjoy. She's just way cool like that and that's just one of the many reasons she's so bad ass.

sounds like everyone enjoyed themselves even with the revised "floor plan" which will be worked on.. my health right now is the only thing keeping me away, but hopefully soon ===> that will get better!!

"Floor plan" actually worked out pretty well all things considered. Sorry it was a last minute thing, but a lesson learned for the organizer so we'll be more alert for next time, speaking of which,

"next time" is Tuesday, March 12 and a more "sexy" (so to speak) venue, and the following week we expect to Happy Hour on Tuesday, March 19 (venue TBD).

After that we plan a return to our customary 1st and 3rd weeks of most months until we hit the Fall holidays.

Those on the active invite list should stand by for the annual "Survey" on future meeting dates and venues and "themes."

There's a list of something like 20-25 themes circulating at this point.
