hopefully you realize that if more than 8 cars per 24hr period come to your address, it will get the attention of your neighbors and will violate Austin Code Enforcement rules. I was contacted about "possible illegal activities" recently because of the # of vehicles I own. (6). I only park in my own driveway, and there are only two people living here/driving, but I still got a "visit" last week, "just to check out a complaint"..
and my house doesn't even front on the street, you can't see my vehicles unless you stop at the driveway and take the time to "sneak" around my property. just FYI

Cool idea, sounds like lots of fun. Much nicer than notels and less risky than bringing all but ATFs home (if you don't have an SO) and much cheaper than nice hotels and high end ladies weekly (that goes into my old age hobby fund). Seems tricky, risky and a lot of work to sort out and keep going, but props to Mata and good luck!

Yeah, like that is really going to work unless you spend a bunch of your time there checking up on people. Sorry to be a doubter, but I look forward to the drama threads, outrage and hurt feelings between parties involved not to mention the providers. I'm laying in lots of popcorn and butter (multi-use).

Person's name doesn't have to be on lease as "corporations are people too" but then if LE ever interested the 0rganiz3d cr1m3 thing is a risk.

The only way I can see the risk of a "bad apple" mitigated (when little head takes over even pretty good guys) is if participants put up a sizable cash down and agree to forfeit if they break the rulz. Then keep the monthly contribution low so it works out in the long run.

Something close to H's idea of having an ATF (perhaps UTR or retired) as "House Mother" is only way to keep it all sorted out IMHO. That would be worth giving up a bedroom and make it easier to stock the goodies and keep the laundry done. Hey, with all these "logistics" maybe you could hire Fedex (they ARE the logistics company) to sort it all out LOL Prediction: Eventually, someone (one member allows a buddy to use it who...) sneaks a BP girl in and she later comes back on her own and breaks in(or is allowed to stay), sees a few hobbyists and rips the place off and trashes it. Hope I'm wrong.

Sounds like a great idea at first. But, too much traffic seems like it will the downfall. As a provider, I would be nervous going there not knowing how much traffic has been in and out of there for the day, if we were starting to look conspicuous. When I had an incall setup, I was alwasy super aware of traffic. If it was too much for the week or day, I would get a hotel. Also, hard to keep up with people, making sure they have all been properly screened. For instance, you have a friend who brings an escort over who has not been properly screened, or vice versa. And cops like to find little hubs like tha.t I don't want to rain on a good idea, just seems like it could be unnecessarily risky.

I don't know if that question was directed at me, but yeah, you are right, I probably wouldn't know. Would probably get an inkling when I arrived as most incalls set up solely for that purpose don't look as if anyone lives there on a tegular basis. But theoretically, that sort of setup would make me nervous.
