oh wow, I did not know that, that is really helpful to anyone really considering getting sleeves, thank you very much

I have a full sleeve on my left arm thats been years in the making and honestly its still not done. But ill say this, I am settled, Im working my dream job. ill also say that my employer doesn't hold it against me that im tattooed. They realize that my work and client relations over shadow anything that could possibly be on my arm, Employers have become more tolerant. But i will also say this my sleeve work is a work of art, carefully thought out tastefully done and painful as hell.
As a tattoed guy only advice ill give you is if you get it done dont go to just anyone , do your research...a scratcher can hurt you ...

In your line of work the tattoo might work against you although I tend to think tattoos are extremely hot. I'm covered with quite a few myself some I'm not a fan of and some I love but that's what happens sometimes. I've gotten feedback from some of the providers I've seen that liked them but I think its different for us having them than you. Just think long and hard about it, but I would say yes for my own preferences, but then again you aren't in Rochester either.

I am against tattoos of any kind. Nothing like the natural look in my book. Also against implants, fwiw. But then I'm old (school).

The thing with tats.... how are they going to look when you're 67 and your grandkids are looking at them?

I love most of them on other people, but....

I love a nicely done sleeve. I rarely find tattoos distracting and sometimes dont even remember seeing them. I do agree that you should do alot of research, get the right person with the same forsight that you have. Janine Lindenmulder comes to mind for me. I have a hot pic of her, but have no idea how to upload it onto here.

I was at a benefit over the summer, and there were a few bikers in attendance. One of them was a woman late in her late 50's early 60's. She was wearing a nice sundress, but her arms were covered in tats, ugh.
They might have been nice at one time, but age, sun, ect... had taken its toll.
Even when they were nice, it still looks horrible when you are in a nice dress.
IMHO it is a huge mistake. You never know where life will bring you. Sleeves on females is a bad choice, and one that will be impossible to fix.
