Default WILD THANNGGG!!! Reg Presley Dies

Reg Presley, lead singer for The Troggs, the band who rode "Wild Thing" high into the pop charts in the'60s has died at age 71. Here's the article but, more importantly, that link is followed by a couple of links that are pretty good, "in their own write."

http://www.usnews.com/news/world/art...f-cancer-at-71

Here's one for my Teawipe Parrotriot fans, a "Wild Thing" snippet from that Hollywood classic, "Major League." The movie dialogue is not in English, but if you're a true fan of the greatest sports movie ever made, you know the dialog anyway. As far as you Republitard Teawipes go, get used to hearing Espanol....hahahahahahahahahah aha!
Glenna makes a cameo appearance. See if you can find her:

And, here's a video of The Troggs doing the song:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?NR=1&v=...ture=endscreen

Let it never be said that I'm not sympathetic towards the less fortunate. Here's the English clip from the movie:

Reg Presley dies, and RaggedyAndy uses it for an opportunity to insult "TeaWipes."

Gawd, you are pathetic. Just a moment of respect was beyond you. Simply pathetic.

Heh, heh, heh C.O. Grits, I knew you'd be overly sensitive to the "inappropriateness" of it all (or, so you say), you being a master of the idealogical bait'n'switch.

Bubble gum music? Ask Sam Kinison! A fitting tribute to the late Reg Presley.

No. You opened your mouth and made a stupid statement about one of a gerations rock anthems. You got your dumbass handed to you on it. You need to own the shame of that stupid post.

You were still sucking your mamas tit when this song hit the charts. Or maybe your mama was.

Either way, stfu when grown folk is talkin, dipshit!

Default Chewy, Chewy, Chewey

Hmmmm, with the exception of Punk, the entire production of '80s music could be regarded as bubblegum (Duran Duran, anyone?).

For sheer vacuousness, bubblegum music ought to appeal to our Teawipe friends. I suspect that their iPods are chock full of The Cowsills, 1910 Fruitgum Company, Boyce and Hart ditties and The GoGos.
