Muslims gave me much less trouble in my business than evangelical Christians did. They were the worst to deal with, and want a theocracy much more than the Muslims do.

Sure. I will speak for Muslims, or anyone else who loves freedom. I will speak against Muslims or anyone else who opposes freedom. It's ridiculous to kill each other over who's god is better. Those that want to do that, I vehemently oppose, whether Christian, Jew, Muslim or whatever.
The Muslims I know personally, and those they have told me about, have all been freedom lovers. Much more so than the evangelical Christians I know. Other Christians have been ok, but the evangelicals can't be trusted.

I am just annoyed at this whole association "If you are Muslim, you must hate America and what it stands for" most Islamic people ( and foreign people in general) know how to capitalize on American privilege more so than people who are born here- and what's more, they appreciate and benefit on the American dream more than any Tom, Harry, Sally, or (insert typical black name here) on my street do. So to say that because there is an association with Islamic people in the presidential cabinet or any other government branch or major business is "un-American" and possibly destructive to the American way of life just reeks of ignorance, because I can say with great confidence most of our ancestors did not originate from this continent so to automatically lump Islamic people as dangerous to our way of life- it does not speak highly of us in anyway.

Most Muslims, here and abroad, want the same things we do. A job, a family, to be able to watch their children grow up, friends, etc. But this country needs an enemy to help keep us together, and to give the government a reason to infiltrate our lives. 9-11 provided a convenient enemy - MUSLIMS! And some are our enemy, no doubt. But now we can invade any country, kill any person or persons, all because they are MUSLIM! Do you think the average guy in Yemen gives a damn about America? No. Do you think he gives a damn after a drone strike kills his child? Damn straight, he does! We are in the process of creating terrorists in order to be able to continue to fight terrorists.
And, unfortunately, some of those terrorists we've created might be able to find their way into government. I hope they don't. But we have enemies in our government, and while some of them may be Muslim, the vast majority aren't.

It's a never ending circle to fuel certain interest, interest that belong to people who are very high up and only care about $$$ and not about American Values.
As you said COG, the root of American values is what every person on this earth wants, the equal chance to make the most out of their lives and to feed and clothes their loved ones without having to struggle day to day. If only every country gave ample oppurtunity to achieve this, we would have no terrorism. Yet we have to deal with major powers suppressing people for their own selfish benefits, it's sad that this is the world we live in. Most of the times our enemies are not mad at what we have, they are mad at what we feel that we as Americans have denied them, because everyone needs to have someone else to blame for the problems they face.
If you guys watch videos on Extremist Islamist indoctrination they brain wash people by say " America is why you are starving" "Americans are why you have no land" "Americans are the reason why your loved ones are dead" "Americans are the only reason you feel pain and your life isn't as prosperous as it could be". Extremists, teach that any reason you are not satisfied with you life, there is always someone to blame- and that person is your enemy for life. And there are extremist all over the world that consist of a multitude of religions and nationalities- before the world was fixated on the middle east, it was the IRA and before that it was the Jews and so on an so on.
And I agree with COG, whether they be Muslim, Catholic, Jewish or what have you- most people turn a blind eye at the destructiveness of their own actions to suit their own personal agendas.

Good for you. You post up repeatedly in support of a post that is demonstrably wrong...that is, in fact, an outright lie....and this is what we get from you? Instead of an apology for being the fucking idiot that you've shown yourself to be today? You're the one who is berserk.

Actually, Timmy, if you look at the other post you started on this subject, you will find that I investigated each of the names on the list, and found that Arif Alikhan and Eboo Patel should probably not be included in that article. Patel, in particular, appears to be a role model for non-radical Muslims. However, the others in the article have very suspect histories, and may very well be sympathetic to the Muslim Brotherhood.
But I will publicly thank you for providing the impetus for me to investigate the names. But overall, the article is accurate, with the exceptions noted above.
My general statements on Muslims stand. Most either like us, or don't care. And they are much more trustworthy than some other Americans I have met.

Trendaway and His Lawyer Need to Act - NOW!
I certainly realize that I'm asking a couple of lewzers from the peanut gallery to get off of their dead asses and save these United States of America from certain and imminent destruction from within by insidious infiltrators - BUT - once again, I'm asking for a little "put up or shut up" from these guys.
I want to see Trendy with his proof in hand, "lawyer" in tow on Faux Noise in his Congressman's office demanding the investigations and hearings his accusations warrant. C'mon guys, you've got the stone-cold, lead-pipe lock going on here and you're having us believe that you're going to take a pass? Can't you be bothered with actually doing something to save our great nation, defend our freedoms, not to mention truth, justice and the American Way?
Let's go, bitches, show us what you've got. Otherwise,
SHUT
THE
FUCK
UP
we really are tired of playing your childish games.

Of course, anyone who would champion all of those America-loving Muslims will immediately be carpet bombed by the above for "selling out" to our "enemies." Hmm, I wonder which links would show up here and elsewhere from Trendaway, IBSyndrome, Glenna and the usual list of suspects? I have worked with many Muslims, and most hate the government of Iran, and tell me that the vast majority of Iranian citizens love America. However, it is not safe to be openly pro-American in Iran. No shit, Sherlock. Can you give us a link on that? hee hee hee
Muslims gave me much less trouble in my business than evangelical Christians did. Again, the obvious strikes. I notice that you didn't say "fundamentalist, radical" Muslims. They were the worst to deal with, and want a theocracy much more than the Muslims do. As does Glen Beck - as long as he's the pope of it.
