Jindo, I understand you're very upset...anyone would be...considering the situation you posted. With that being said, I would chalk this up to a hard lesson learned...LEARN from this...and thank your lucky stars that you got out alive!

I was a victim to an assault myself...by a wannbe hobbyist when I first started out. Not the warmest or fuzziest way to get introduced into the hobby...let me tell you...but, a very VALUABLE lesson! Thorough Screening is not an option...it is VITAL for my safety and security!

People who are scam artists and assault others...usually end up screwing themselves, and it will only be a matter of time...before they end up behind bars!

You apparently have decided to make this personal. So be it. My advice is to not get personally involved with anything to be done. If you can arrange to get them set up and busted and in jail and that alone will satisfy your need for revenge then leave it at that.

DO NOT take matters into your own hands. It will lead to disaster for you.

I do understand your feelings here. I've never been threatened with violence on any visit I've made. But I have been screwed over by one or more after the fact. You must balance your desire for revenge with how that revenge can come back and bite you in the ass. Be it with an SO (if you have one), your job, or just your standing in the "real life" community.

If it gets to the point of carrying a heater, maybe this isn't the hobby for you...or as suggested, screen and find providers from different sources that use screening methods. This is suppose to be fun - a HOBBY, not something to set stress and paranoia in the back of your mind when all you have to do is screen just as we do.
