I guess we can be happy the providers don't start a union. You get no choice you take the next available lady just be happy you got serviced. It appears the cost for an hour is different between Dallas and Reno or Las Wages. I have not seen a list of normal costs by city. I would think the average for Dallas is $200 an hour. Some are more and some less.

It is both dangerous and skeezy to try to shape some girl you found on BP. There is no valid argument. If you genuinely want her to do well, send her to women. Otherwise you are just trying to manipulate her into doing things she doesn't want to do so that you can get bargain basement prices on gfe/pse/etc.

That is exactly what I meant by mentoring. Over the past year, I have pointed 3 or 4 newbie providers to this site along with P411. I've strongly suggested that they contact providers and ask for advice.

I totally disagree when it comes to new providers. They don't know any better. They don't know their own earning potential if they have a limited menu and no concept of what the customer/client wants. Remember, this is a service oriented business. Better service results in repeat customers and word of mouth buzz. If all a girl does is just spread her legs with nothing else, then she's obviously missing the boat. I'm not saying clients should demand or threaten. It is more like suggest and educate. One approach maybe to say you'd be willing to give her "tip" if she offered a service that wasn't on the menu. There are ways of letting her see the whole side of the hobby instead of the limited; spread your legs view that many newbie providers have when they start.

I wouldn't offer a tip for extra things unless she had it posted on her menu. I just don't think I want to sound like a SOB or a cry baby. I have in the past send a friendly e-mail after the session that I wish she offered this or that.
I now spend my time with mature providers as they know what to do. I read the reviews and find what they have done in the past so I will know what to expect. My ultimate goal is for the lady and I to part with a smile and a desire to get together again.

I think that is the way most of us hobby. The topic I'm addressing is newbie providers and how to approach them and "persuade" them on how to be successful as a provider. For some, maybe their intended clientele are those guys just looking to get their rocks off at the low end spectrum in terms of price. If that is what they want, fine. I won't be seeing them, but I tend to think most INDEPENDENT minded providers would want a client base that is a bit more upscale and more "expecting" in terms of menu options. If a newbie provider wants to go in this direction, she needs some help-- especially if all she knows about providing is what she has seen in the movies.

My biggest bitch is to be distracted by a cell phone. Even if it is on vibrate it makes a racket dancing on the table. Twice I have e-mailed providers about the cell phones after the session. If she requires the phone because of a child at home than get a hobby phone.
