I echo ExNYer's sentiments regarding well wishes for Secretary Clinton. With all she's gone through, she certainly deserves a seat at the debate table during the coming years.
But it certainly must be recognized that she faces serious health challenges -- so, to answer the question:
I beleive I'd take the under, for two reasons.
1. Bill is confident and immensely popular. And hardly anyone has ever been better at turning on what I've occasionally referred to as the "damage control afterburners."
2. Virtually everyone knows that the Clintons don't have what many people consider a "real" or "traditional" marriage, and most would not begrudge Bill the opportunity to enjoy life.
Combining those two factors might make something that would likely be a bridge too far for many public figures eminently doable for Bill Clinton.
