I do agree that having to read some of the details is a turn off. I read some of my clients reviews and I'm often left to think 'He likes THOSE kind if girls' ... I know that's shitty on my part. Well I appreciate your service and I hope everyone else here does. However I have to disagree with your assessment. Sure we can be effected our whole lives by words but sticks and stones reigns true and diamonds are formed under pressure.

You gave a truly great sacrifice for our country. I would never compare to that, and to say having my Mom dying my whole life and finally after 14 years of care taking she did when I hit 23, or having an abusive father who both called me scum and abused me physically, or having my Mom almost die when I was 7 and while she was in ICU my grandmother and great grandmother died within 3 days of each other. Being poor, being overweight and made fun of.

If I said my suffering compared to yours I should only be so lucky as to have it all happen again to me rather than to never face what you did.

I am stronger because of it, in fact dare I say it I am tough as nails and can handle many a crazy situation as a result.

Sad truth is that is a tiny bit of the crap I've been through but I'd do it again to be who I am today.

A lot of very interesting comments. I'd like to address a couple.

Prolongus, my brother. I was fortunate. Small bullet, cheap wound, no aftereffects. Your loss is so infinitely greater but you have dealt with it gracefully. I am humbled.

Miss Priss. While I question women who "allow" this type of treatment or maybe even welcome it, I think my greater disgust is with men who experience sexual satisfaction through causing pain, degradation, or bondage in others. And, despite what some of you ladies have said, I have no doubt that, in addition to those who enjoy this type of treatment, there are others who tolerate it because they need the money. That is sad.

I can't really agree with comparisons to other sports and contests. Generally, these things are based on equality. If you want to beat up another guy who is your height, weight, and skill level, and who has the opportunity to rain damage on your body as well, go for it! I think the equivalent to what I am talking about here is tying that guy to a chair and then beating him up while he doesn't have the capacity to retaliate. How many of you guys that like rough sex wouldn't be so keen on it if the lady was 200 pounds, 6 feet, and a black belt in some martial art?

There are, of course, some who do get off on basic pain and degradation; witness S&M, dungeons, and all that. But I really can't accept a rationale that this is a natural thing. I suspect a psychologist would say there is something in the actor's past that has created this desire.

Having said all that, I would like to say that I am pleasant surprised that the discussion has been conducted without a lot of finger-pointing or accusations. Thanks for that.

Yeah well those guys can't be trusted. I had one tell me I had problems in my childhood because I asked my ex (when we were still married) to give me a lapdance for my birthday.
