Unless someone sees me VERY regularly, I'm going to be leary of offering a "repeat" customer special. Why?
I have clients that will see me after not seeing me for a couple of years. Last week, I had an amazing appointment with someone that I hadn't seen since I was brand new, seven years ago.
Currently, I AM offering to grandfather in clients who see me right now because I'm making some changes to my rates at the first of the year. And well, I'm just changing a few things, period.
However, this is a first time thing for me. I see a LOT of men a couple of times a year or they will do what they do (God bless 'em) and I'll see them in a few weeks or a few months.
Although I have a huge repeat business client base, it's very off the wall as to how frequently. I don't have many weekly clients (or bi-monthly) and that is where I would consider the price break.
Hope this helps with opinions. If someone wishes to see me very frequently, I'm VERY open to special rates.
