Proper forum to post review

I recently had a visit with a provider in Upstate NY who I have previously seen 4 times in another location. She doesn’t travel regularly and indicated that the nearest major city to our meeting, would be beyond her travel range. Also she indicated that travelling would only be an option for a client who she had seen in her normal area.
My question is where does a review go? Upstate NY or her home area?

Thanks for the answer. Was travelling this past week and not able to access my account. Will post the review shortly. Unfortunately for Who it's about as far away from Schenectady as possible and still remaining in NY.
