Just to set the record straight
I (Tia Thompson) and or Magnific Media are not affiliated with this endeavor beyond having built Stormy's site and having quoted a cost to build an agency site.
No offense Rick and Stormy but I don't want folks thinking I have gone into the agency biz in any way.
Best of luck.

why would anyone would think you're running the site, it's pretty clear you're being paid to do the design, not sure why you posted the disclaimer

I agree with you on that, that's something you should only share with potential investors, also why oh why did they mention the room part.

Ok let me be clear... I have had folk on this board in the past miscontrue things so I just wanted to make it clear that I am simply a vendor. I also want to say the Stormy and company are wonderful folks who I have enjoyed working with.
This was in no means a dig at them I just didn't want any misunderstanding. Sorry if it seemed un necessary.
As I said ALL THE BEST....

Hey, I think it's a GOOD thing MM distance herself here.
I wish the OP all the Irish luck in the world, but this is the oddest investor presentation I've ever seen. I also don't understand why she needs quite so much. I mean, $700 for Backpage ads? (That's a LOT of ads!) $125 for Backpage software? (What the heck is that?) $450 for Eros? $400 for ECCIE? (Didn't know banners were that much.) I guess she's planning on saturating the Net with advertising, not a bad idea, I guess, but whatever happened to starting out small and working your way up when funds become available, like the typical American small business? And what's with the $400 for an airline ticket? She's coming in to Dallas from another city? There's so much competition there already, if a lady wants to relocate, why choose a slutted, er, glutted market?
Interesting way to approach this, Stormy, and definitely original. Heck of a return on the initial $4,000 investment, too, at $1,400 x 6 = $8,400. I'm not sure being this open (I wouldn't have named the hotel, either, and stuck "misc" in for the airline flight) will get you what you want, but I'm sure many will be watching to see how you make things grow. Shamrocks for your effort. l

Who is Rick? I wouldn't loan anyone money without a legit binding contract behind it. Best of luck to the OP. agencies don't do all that well here, most girls are Indy and the market is extremely saturated. What is it that your girls will have that will set you apart?
And why use an investor? You can make 4k in 10 days here no problem. There's no need to include an investor if you're willing to work for it for a few days

Not sure who would want to put THIS investment in writing. I can see explaining the profit/loss to the IRS auditor now:
"What type of business was this again?"
"Uh, chicken farming..... supposed to make a thousand little peckers rise."

That's my favorite entrepreneur right there.
OP, take LittleMiss's advice on this one. Good marketing and stellar service will get you the $4k you want pretty quick. Keep the extra $1.6k for yourself or reinvest it into marketing.
You're hot! Really fucking hot! The tats and overall look are...enticing! Makes me want to go star-gazing...

That's why no smart investor would step foot near this

Unless there is someone willing to take a huge hit, it's going to be hard to find someone to invest. I personally wouldn't do it because I wouldn't do it without a contract, and that's not really ideal in this profession. :/
