LOL! You guys come in here and propose to do something that each of you have argued against from the get-go, i.e. ammending the Constitution (especially when you don't agree with the ammendments) - even though there are provisions in it for it to be ammended.

And then you attempt, poorly I might add (like everything else you teawipes do), to attack anyone who calls you out on your hypocracy. Sounds to me like you "guys" are in the girls' restroom at the elementary skool.

You teawipes can't have it both ways.

You are an idiot, RaggedyAndy, and do not understand the Constitution, which we have known for awhile now. It doesn't take a Constitutional Amendment to choose electors by congressional district. The states decide how their electors are selected.

Try to get something right, would you, please? JD is exactly right about you.

By the way, amendment is not spelled ammendment. Ijs.

Dodge however you like, teawipeboy, your hypocracy is still showing.

Can't win straight up? No problem - change the rules.....lol.....the only problem is that the other guys may get there first.

Nobody changed the rules. The fact that you don't understand the rules doesn't mean anyone changed them. You're an idiot, RaggedyAndy. Not name calling, simply stating a fact.

Why not try reading the Constitution (or have someone read it to you)? You might learn something, and sound less stupid. Maybe.

Randy someday you will reach puberty and get some fuzz on your pussy. You may understand some things then. The Constitution was designed to be amended. So you accuse us of not understanding the Constitution and not wanting to change it...it is you who doesn't understand that document and change (according to the rules) is in the document. The DLPS don't care about rules, they just want change .

Also, shame on you young lady for being on your daddy's hooker board.

Uh, you two "geniuses" missed again. You might want to actually read the Constitution itself instead of instructing others to do so. You two teawipes, aka "tampon twins," must have missed reading-for-comprehension week at your skoolz. It says that the states allocate the electors based on how the popular vote goes. No, it's no guarantee that the states could change this unilaterally to Congressional Districts. In fact, I'd be willing to say that even with the current crew of knuckle-draggers on the US Supreme Court, such a move wouldn't make it past even that bunch.

Try Harder, Teawipes! But, if I were you, I'd try a less complex subject.

How does that negate the fact that the states can, constitutionally, allocate electors by whoever wins the congressional district? If that's unconstitutional, how do Maine and Nebraska get away with it?

You're an idiot, RaggedyAndy. Ijs.

Easily - they can't, blowhole. Why? Because they are bound by the result of the popular vote.

I give up. Stay ignorant, RaggedyAndy. You're obviously happier that way.

But you should also know that the electors themselves may vote their conscience, even if it disagrees with the popular vote. Stew on that for awhile.

They CAN, but seldom do, especially in a close race. And, there are established remedies for those who decide to revise the will of the people. You might want to go over how they are selected as Electors in the first place.

But, in your little ol' teawipe fantasyland.....

Good Lord Candyforlittlegirls, you are getting your ass wiped here almost as bad as the goonerds will get their ass wiped this Saturday

OSU beat WV by 21 and the goons win by 1, and we are on our 3rd string QB

back to the subject

from Wiki

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elector...(United_States)

Voters in each state and the District of Columbia elect electors, who are pledged to particular presidential and vice presidential candidates. In all states except Maine and Nebraska, electors are elected on a "winner-take-all" basis. That is, all electors pledged to the candidate who wins the most votes in that state become electors for that state.
