The active invite list is pruned every month to remove frequent no-shows or those who haven't been re-vouched currently. We expect those on the list to attend an event at least every other month or so.

We usually average 50 or more attendees at lunches and happy hours. Mostly regulars and usually 20-25 pct. folks brand new to the events.

Since many PMs ask me about the events, here's how a "meet and greet" operates:

-- All invitees are well vouched. Gents by established providers for sessions from within the past 90 days or so. Providers by established hobbyists or established providers. Gents are also re-vouched every couple of months.

-- Gents who don't hobby at least every month or so are not usually on the invite list.

-- All invitees who don't regularly attend are dropped.

-- Yes, more than a few UTR ladies and gents regularly attend. All are well vouched just like any one else.

Basically, we blend in with the other customers at our venues, but we don't mingle with them, obviously. And we don't need to since we have dedicated private space most of the time.

So, although we wear special name tags (no hobby handles because of Google) we can recognize each other in the group, we act like we are "civilians," so no "too-hot" sexy dresses (unless it is a "Little Black Dress" social) and even though we are in a secluded area, there is no untoward behavior permitted. So no spanking, lap sitting or other nearly or somewhat erotic activities.

What we do enjoy is inexpensive food and drink and the finest kind of camaraderie and fellowship.

Vouching closes at noon the Monday before any event.
