There you go playing the race card; that took you about 90 minutes....predictable - calling someone a racist is the last refugee of a losing argument.
You don't dispute the facts with your own set of facts, so progress is being made, except you display your stupidity by the name calling.
Has nothing to do with underestimating him; and EVERYTHING to do with Obama being an incompetent slacker.

If u think President Obama is lazy you dont know this man at all.
Keep underestimating him. Its the mistake all his enemies have made.

"President Obama is touting his foreign policy experience on the campaign trail, but startling new statistics suggest that national security has not necessarily been the personal priority the president makes it out to be. It turns out that more than half the time, the commander in chief does not attend his daily intelligence meeting. . . .
[By comparison,] officials tell me the former president held his intelligence meeting six days a week, no exceptions — usually with the vice president, the White House chief of staff, the national security adviser, the director of National Intelligence, or their deputies, and CIA briefers in attendance. Once a week, he held an expanded Homeland Security briefing that included the Homeland Security adviser, the FBI director and other homeland security officials. Bush also did more than 100 hour-long “deep dives” in which he invited intelligence analysts into the Oval Office to get their unvarnished and sometimes differing views. Such meetings deepened the president’s understanding of the issues and helped analysts better understand the problems with which he was wrestling.
When Obama forgoes this daily intelligence meeting, he is consciously placing other priorities ahead of national security."

Really? Are you sure about that? Racist just to say Obama was lazy based on that debate performance (and his apparent lack of preparation)?
How about Obama himself? Can we take his word for it?

Now, is Obama a racist, too?

Is this the first presidential election to which you have paid any attention? Because it sure seems like it.
This election has been pretty routine compared to the other ones I have seen in my life. I remember when Ronald "Ray Gun" was supposed to get us all killed and it was essential to vote for Walter Mondale before we all died in WWIII.
Nothing out of the ordinary in this election. In a truly color blind society, you would make the same criticisms of Obama that you would make if he was white instead. If you hold back because he is black, THEN you don't have color blind society.

Now THIS is a good example of acting like a victim. Before you posted this, I had no idea you were black. And I thought inferring you were Karl Marx was just a slam against you for being a tried and true lefty. Little did I know it was a racist attack.
Now, if I call WTF a "pinko" because of some of his economic redistributionist posts, and it later turns out he is Mexican, does that make me an anti-Hispanic? Do I have to prove I'm not anti-Hispanic by suddenly supporting higher taxes on upper income? Or, like you, am I allowed to have an opinion, too?

Having said all that, I don't think Obama is a slacker or lazy.
I think he had a bad day and HE and his advisers may have underestimated Mitt Romney. And I think more likely than not, he will still win the election.
I still don't care for either Romney or Obama as a politician - though both seem to be nice guys personally.
But the race did suddenly get more interesting.

One other thing. I would SO like to fuck Stacey Dash. If Greek was on the menu with her, I would go broke.
Some women just get better with age. I remember thinking Alicia Silverstone was the hotter one in "Clueless". Now I look at both of them and I wonder "What the fuck was I thinking?"

Obama's failed debate performance isn't proof he is a slacker; it is a statement of his arrogance...he thinks he is smarter than the guy next to him.....and he isn't shy about telling the world how great he thinks of himself.....he thinks he is so smart, he can wing it.
Some notable Obama quotes on his own greatness:
" I have impressive musical pitch."
“I am a surprisingly good pool player.”
“It is very rare that I come to an event where I’m like the fifth or sixth most interesting person.”
“I think that I’m a better speechwriter than my speechwriters,”
He has already won a Noble Prize and a Grammy, I am certain he is expecting a Tony and Emmy any time soon.
Obama is an arrogant slacker he lies to get ahead in this world.

Obama has become so egomaniacle that he's blind to his own weaknesses. He has surrounded himself with ass-kissers that don't dare tell him he's mediocre. This may turn out to be his fatal flaw; I sure hope so.
I think Obama may have chosen an idiot for a running mate because he doesn't want anyone that might outshine him, the great and mighty Oz-bama.

Dude, pretty much EVERY ONE of those quotes was a tongue in cheek comment.
You can't seriously be quoting "faux compliment" jokes as evidence of anything...

You're wrong; stop with the spin.
The NYTs did an excellent piece on this very subject.....they presented these quotes NOT as jokes; but as a characterization of Obama's high opinion of himself. Calling him a "voraciously competitive perfectionist." The article wasn't about Obama's humor or humility; but about his lack of it !

"Lazy." That explains why he doesn't pick up the phone at 3 am. Not that Michelle would allow it anyway.
