Considering that pretty much every woman who is not in this business or the adult industry considers these professions to be degrading to women, isn't this a "pot calling the kettle black" situation?

I don't agree with his choice of words and I don't think this particular ad will draw in many, if any, new clients based on this ad alone, but I also don't believe it's the place of this site and the moderators to play speech police for every single post that someone finds offensive. He didn't direct his comments to any particular person here and unless you fit the description of the ladies he's describing (loose, bad habits, bad service, drugs, damaged goods), who do exist and have wasted the money of many hobbyists, then I don't think there's a real basis for your disgust of him and this ad.

Then again, if his description does apply to some of those reading his ad, then they have more issues to deal with other than being offended by the truth.

Personally, I don't care either way. Some douche bag can say whatever he wants. I actually thought it was quite funny. It's obviously a tactic to attract attention. It may or may not add more clients to his list.

After reading this entire thread (and then making damn sure I stepped away from the 'puter for awhile), I determined that pornodave69's post was one of two only real intelligent posts in this thread.....I took out little excerpt of his post, and then added my own emphasis to the last part because it's something that I've been saying to ladies since the ad went up.....Ladies post ads all the time saying how their service is much better than anyone else's, and I've seen plenty of times where ads are posted saying other ladies are old, tired, and worn out.....Why in the hell is it any more offensive to anyone just because it's coming from him this time.....While I agree that he could have written a much different ad, I disagree that what he posted is any less tactful than about a million other ads that I've read on this and every other board.....If you fit the description of the ladies that he was talking about and the truth hurts, then tough titties.....Improve your service but don't come whining here wanting the staff to remove an otherwise perfectly legitimate ad just because you don't like the poster, or just because the truth hurts.....

This was the other intelligent post in this thread.....The one and only person that I saw doing any degrading of women was chella.....And the post you made was pretty rude and definitely NOT within the standards for which ECCIE wants to have on the board.....I'll have to figure out what to do about it, but I've learned over my years of moderating that it's best NOT to take actions during periods of anger and/or frustrations.....So I guess I'll get a good night's sleep and then come back to this thread tomorrow and look at it when I'm all fresh and renewed.....

See comments above in regards to your rude and uncalled for attacks on another member.....But, I do want to comment about your perceptions of the mods here at ECCIE......From one standpoint I would agree with you that the mods here are no better than the mods on ASPD, and that's because of the fact that many of the staff here were former staff members of ASPD and they brought along many years of knowledge and experience about the local areas.....However, in the short time that I've been an ECCIE Mod, I do have to say that I think the staff here probably does exceed the staff on ASPD, if for no other reason than the crew here seems to be willing to work together in a more friendly capacity as so far I've NOT seen much of the bitching and back and forth jabs that would happen in the staff areas on ASPD.....Not that it happened there all the time, but it did happen more often than I thought it should.....So far on ECCIE there appears to be a very real spirit of cooperation and cohesiveness amongst the staff and I see a very well run board for which the members here should benefit immensely.....And for the record, that particular ad was reported and we discussed it in the staff area and I did not see even one staff member who wanted it removed (male or female).....Many thought it was tasteless, but none said it was inappropriate and required removal.....
