I like Grey Goose or Sky Vodka the best with soda and lemon. Back in the 80s chiltons was a popular drink.

I'm a Scotch person myself, but if I were to go with the clear stuff, my personal favorite is 42 Below. Pretty smooth stuff.

Titos is good stuff as well. I do love some of the scotch's as well. I can handle pretty much any of the clear drinks.

Tito's gal here!
I've never cared for Ketel One or Grey Goose.

I keep a bottle of Glen-wtf around for the guys that like it, but I HATE the smell of Scotch!

I heart ketel one. I usually have it with a splash of tonic, or simply on the rocks if it's fruit-infused. Does anyone know how to do those yummy natural fruit infusions? They are so much better than the artificially flavored vodkas.

Hey Lisa! I shoulda known a thread about vodka would bring your sexy ass back to Austin!

I do like Ketel if I am drinking Vodka. Tito's is cheap but gives me indigestion. I like a good Tom Collins on a hot day made with Bombay.
Like others, I am partial to the browns with my favorite being Order of Merit. Since it is not common any of the Crown Royal varities will do, but I am partial to the Special Reserve on a daily basis. I do not like Tennessee Whisky (imagine that since I hail from there) but I do like Maker's Mark and when all else fails, Jim Beam does the job.
Tequila is also high on my list, but I like mine straight, not bruised with salt of lime, maybe a little tomato juice!!

Tomato juice and tequila? CHIT! I thought I was bad drinking German beer with Clamato!

Good, inexpensive tequila is AZUL. Reposado is very tasty and doesn't leave you completely null and void the next day.

Damn baby, I didn't know you were from Tennessee.
Hell, I nearly ran off with a Tennessee fella once! OK twice but who's countin!

Right fine gentleman he was! Tall and handsome, had all his teeth and everything!

I never minded him saying his sister kissed better than I did but when he kept compairing my cooking to his Mama's that was it! I packed up my collection of velvet Elvis's and left him and his stupid dog!

Hell, the dog was the smarter of the two!

Back on topic, the smoothest liquor I've ever tasted was made in Tennessee. They don't put a label on it, but call it "Apple Pie". Peach was darn good too.

I believe about a year ago, I remembered a post from I think Britney Bangs who made a comment about Southern Comfort and Orange Juice. I tried it and really liked it.

My apologies to Britney if it was not her; my memory is fading; must be the licquor......

Anyone try the new Sweet Tea Vodkas?
