Michelle, since gear has been brought up, check out this web site www.babyage.com their clearance center is the cats meow, they have a sleigh convertible crib on there gorgeous to die for, for only $108 dollars $10 shipping, and many more fantastic deals. You can also usually find online coupons for additional 10% off. Normal retail is $200. If You find something You like dont wait, they do sell out fast though, is the downfall.

i use to be a distributor for them, my baby had all the top notch baby gear, from Mclaren strollers to Britax cars seats. i loved every min of it. You may question at first if the cost is worth it, to buy higher end baby gear, i assure You it is. My stroller and car seat both sported a 5 point harness, the stroller was so light weight and You could both open and close it w 1 hand, and it didn't take up my entire trunk.

Congratulations Michelle, like subcilla said, takes lots of photos and try to rest when the baby does.. Pump your breast often to avoid becoming engorged. I know, the guys jaws are dropping about now. lol
Enjoy your baby, she will be worth it all...

remember all diaper mfg's are liars! 4-6 lbs my eye, you'll be fortunate if you get a half pound of poop in it before it slides down.

Congrats...

Some hints

If the baby cries more then you can handle..there is NOTHING wrong with putting on head phones to drown it out..just make sure you check on the baby every 10-15 mins..(this was a life saver due to my little one having colic)

Sleep when the baby sleeps or you will never sleep

Make sure the baby has equal tummy and back time so the head doesn't flatten.

Oh one more thing..........If at anytime you dont feel "right"...I am talking mentally..say something till someone listens.....Postpartum depression is nothing to joke about......I think every woman before giving birth should read Brooke Shields book..Down comes the rain....
