Default Is it rude to ask a provider about being disease-free?

Especially when it comes to things like BBBJ or DFK.

Do you think it would be rude for a provider to ask you to provide information proving that you are disease free? I think that if you are playing this game and you have concerns don't participate in DFK or ask for CBJ

When I see "disease-free" I think....disease. Who really needs that in their ad.........

There's a rapid HIV test at drug store now, ask the next few providers you see will they take that for you.....

Toftt and report back.

Well I'm not so much concerned about that as I am about something that could be transmitted by, you know, a very intimate smooch of sorts.

^^^ This.

That being said, if you have a reason to suspect (sores around her mouth or something), it's probably better to avoid any contact than to catch something.

Also keep in mind that I believe some STDs take a few weeks before they're detectable by tests anyways, so even if you had her immediately take one, it might not show anything (of course, if she has sores, etc. that's something different).

Well, there is this provider in my area who has been reviewed by a lot of people on this site, and she offers BBBJ. Should I assume she's clean if there are nearly 10 reviews of her BBBJ service?

This is an assumed risk sport. Some providers will highlight being D&D free. That means drug and disease free. For the most part, the quality of ladies here on ECCIE are disease free. They know if word got out of them having a disease then they'd be blacklisted in a millisecond, so for the vast majority, they are tested regularly and will do the right thing if something positive shows up. Granted, not all would do this, but I think the caliber of most ladies here would. This is not BP where you do need to be concerned about the ladies. If it makes you feel any better, you can always discretely inquire if she is D&D free, but only do this after building up a level or respect and trust.

Amen to that.

You should assume a provider is not clean. Unless you have her tested, locked up for six months, and then tested again.

You look in a mirror and ask a few questions. Do I really believe second hand smoke kills? Do seatbelts save lives? Does the small chance of getting an infection from a BBBJ outweigh my affinity for the activity?

Then act accordingly.

Thing with DFK is that it is hard to know you don't have an open sore from eating popcorn or something. But its fun, and saliva kills a lot.

Recently I read a post where a member told of another member talking a provider into giving him bare-back full service. This member mocked the hooktard for being gullible, even though his friend only got what he was asking for. Point is, any expectation of honesty is misguided as well.

Believing this misguided jibberish is fraught with peril. Most ladies on eccie are also on BP and just took a few minutes to get verified that they have a phone, an email, and a John that paid. They are no safer and eccie tells us this themselves. I do not for one second believe the vast majority of eccie VPs are tested regularly, and even if they are, letting your guard down because it isn't BP is bad advice.

Play safe.

My personal opinion is: "No, its not Rude to ask a potential Sex partner if they are D&D Free." This goes for Hobbying and Private Life. I have been asked several times in both if I was D&D free by perspective partners. Fortunately the answer has always been "Yes, I am." But as in all things in life there is an element of risk and all you can do is behave as safely and prudently as possible. As has been already pointed out. Some sexually transmitted diseases can have a lengthy incubation period and symptoms or positive test results may take Weeks or Months to show up. The best advice is to stick to the same Provider('s) if possible, always use condoms and get yourself tested periodically.

The Search tab is your friend. Do your homework. Many of your questions about the hobby, and real life, can be answered by doing your homework. And do not let your mom know you are associating with known pervs.

This is tough. You can ask, but honestly, ALL providers are going to say no. (Is there a hesitation or quaver in her voice with her denial?) The only way you can minimize risk is to either use a cover for EVERYTHING, or do a lot of research beforehand and accept a certain degree of risk. Ladies with good reputations don't keep them by being careless about their well-being.

I suppose you could ask for a recent STD test report. I have copies available with my real name blacked out to show nervous fellows, but seems pointless 'cause how do they know it's really my blood work without a name??
