"100% me or it's free!" BP/ CL ads

Am I the only one that gets a laugh when I see these ads? I can just imagine it now-

(doorbell rings)

Hobbyist- "Who is it?"

Provider- "It's ****** from the BP/ CL ad!"

(door opens)

Hobbyist- "Hey! You're not the Asian spinner in the ad! What gives?"

Provider- "Oh, yeah...Um, I put the wrong pic on the ad..."

Hobbyist- "Well, the ad says '100% me or it's free', so you owe me!"

Provider- "Ya know, you're right...C'mon, let me give you a 30 min session on the house!"

I've never verified for myself, but I have always assumed that those who post the "100% me or it's free" do so because they actually do have their real pics. I'm more inclined meeting someone who can guarantee that. Perhaps I am too naive?? Maybe someone who has had an actual encounter can chip in.

I've seen one practice work on other boards... the community asks the provider to post a pic with the words "I love ECCIE" or something like that, which is a relatively good safeguard. Of course, that would never happen on CL or BP... in fact, I wouldn't trust it if it was!
