Lotta stuff going on tese days.

What is the formal or legal definition of "Domestic Terrorism"?

Doe the stuff that happened at Colombia University qualify?

Does shutting down, blocking or occupying a public Thorofare or highway qualify?

Swatting?

Using violence to affect a political change. AKA The current anti-Trump movement.

If it is George Soros backed mobs burning, looting, and causing general mayhem, it is peaceful assembly protected by the Constitution.

If it is several old women protesting outside of an abortion clinic or concerned parents speaking at a local city council meeting, it is Domestic Terrorism.

Inciting a bunch of retards to storm the Capitol after you got your ass kicked in an election is a good example to me. Many on that day were guilty on J6 IMO... but according to the Patriot Act definition to be more specific to answer the OP's question:

https://www.aclu.org/documents/how-u...stic-terrorism

A person engages in domestic terrorism if they do an act "dangerous to human life" that is a violation of the criminal laws of a state or the United States, if the act appears to be intended to: (i) intimidate or coerce a civilian population; (ii) influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or (iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination or kidnapping. Additionally, the acts have to occur primarily within the territorial jurisdiction of the United States and if they do not, may be regarded as international terrorism.

To put it in plain English, terrorism is the use of, or threat of, force to compel or institute political change.
That’s according to the FBI. It has been expanded because of the internet to include emotional pressure.
Domestic terrorism is when the perpetrator is inside the United States.

What’s going on with Tesla has a political component. It’s terrorism. And any idiot who draws a swastika can get you charged with a hate crime. Another petard hoist on liberals.

... Blimey! ... Glad we're getting this "Domestic Terrorism"
thing understood... I thought it was when people take over
city blocks and refuse to let citizens or the police IN.

Or when they march thru the streets and at university
and chant "Death To The Jews!" ...

... Surely reckon I learn something new in America every day.

So then, we now have the definition out there and with general, if not universal, agreement on what it is too.

So it looks like much of what has gone on at Colombia University falls within that definition. A few other places too.

Looks like much of the anti-Tesla violence does too.

Some, but not all of those arrested for Jan 6th activity fall into it IMHO.

Reaching back to Covid and the mostly peaceful "Summer of Love" . . . .quite a LOT of that does.

Further back now . . .Furgison Missouri: Still on the loose is that guy who stood on the hood of a scar and told the mostly peaceful protesters to, "BURN it DOWN!".

All of those examples are simply not the same as anything done by the Rev. Dr. Martin Luthor King or Ghandi.

Anything that harms any sort of aid or view of Israel can go straight up there.
