Donald Trump admitted Monday that he wants a severe economic downturn to happen during the next year, because it will help his odds of winning the presidential election.
“We have an economy that is incredible,” he went on to say, reflective of last year’s strong labor market gains. “We have an economy that is so fragile. And the only reason it’s running now is it’s running off the fumes of what we did—what the Trump administration did. It’s just running off the fumes.”
“And when there’s a crash, I hope it’s going to be during these next twelve months, because I don’t want to be Herbert Hoover,” he continued, referring to the president when the Great Depression hit in 1929. “The one president—I just don’t want to be Herbert Hoover.”

This just in. Trump doesn't give a rats ass about you, or the country. A POTUS should work to see the nation they lead thrive. They shouldn't want there to be an economic crash so that they can grab power. That's what dictators do. That's what the CIA had been doing with all the Banana Republics. That is what Trump wants to do, to see the country fail, so he can swoop in and take power.


Yea, the economy is on its way back up, thanks to Biden. Is it great? No. Is it improving? Yes. Without a doubt. Could it be better? Absolutely! But who was POTUS when the economy was driven off a cliff? Trump. Biden has been picking up the pieces the past three years.


Every Democratic president spends their first term cleaning up the shit left behind by the previous Republican president. Their first terms are never their best. The GOP on the other hand, spends their first term undoing everything that the last administration did in a vain effort to make them look better.

Salt, damage???? Unemployment is down to 3.5%, more good jobs than in the 60's More jobs period. More wells have been drilled in his term than ever before. We are totally independent than ever of our energy needs, stock market just broke records in the last two weeks, no one dying or have any exotic disease like it was four years ago, no riots, Inflation is and has been world wide sorry to say and he has helped to control that. No news conferences at 5 o'clock everyday on TV saying how great he has done more than any president has done ever.

We are 100 times better off than what we were before he took over.

I think you are confusing the US economy, with what you are spending. The biggest problem is, the economy is too strong and growing too fast. that's why the Feds have been raising interest rates. The FEDS (federal reserve) would actual like the unemployment to tick up a little, for people to have less money to spend. It's all about supply and demand.
