Spring has sprung.....
I love this is time of year when I can plant flowers and have a lush green lawn...I also love helping out in my neighborhood with clean up. Someone has bought several houses in my neighborhood that were for sale and they are getting rehabbed for a fresh new life.
What is best to put on my lawn to make the weeds go away and make it thick and full. I already did a treatment of Scotts weed and seed plus red ant preventer.
What is safe to add besides this??
Any suggestions guys? I have already planted annuals, and perennials , and beautiful flowers...
I also love helping out my neighborhood in other ways...Any other suggestions I could do to spruce up my yard??
M.M.

The storm last night tore down a tree in my neighborhood, but not my Annie tree...lol I am taking wonderful care of my housewarming gift.
I was told to trim it in the fall when the water goes down?? IDK but a guy told me that because he had one...

Gotcha... Ahhh, I wish I had a REAL landscaper like the people in Lakeview... I have tried to find, no luck! They must keep secret and only let Lakeview'ien's know who does their lawns and fancy this and that shrubs and flowers ect.
And St. Charles is another to die for street with lush greenery and fancy plants... Sigh.
I wish I could have...
Come on lottery win..... I need to upgrade my lawn.

Just found out somebody in my hometown in MO. hit 2.1 Million on Powerball....Hope it was somebody from the small town and not someone passing through. However it is exciting for the small gas station who sold it to them because they get a cut.
Ahhh Spring in NOLA... Rainy season, Jazz Fest , and tornado season...

The rain yesterday was really Heavy... But this morning the Sun is shining, And I had a nice volunteer go down the street and cut the empty lot in my neighborhood. I was supposed to go at 8 o'clock and help, But he called me and said he was finished and it wasn't even 7:30 a.m..
I love when people do nice things for one another without expectation. So Spring has truly sprung in my neighborhood. People have been painting houses, Remodellings homes, Having AC work done, Painting gutters and trim, Pressure washing their houses, Not to mention just general clean up and maintenance...
I love springtime... All the flowers Bloom and my tree is getting so big and the flowers I planted underneath it are really sprouting...
Blessings,
M.M.

Ty Reese... I have a million things to do these days... I am thankful for my beautiful yard, And other things that keep me busy...
Yes that's where my focus is these days and many other projects. This board now to me is just a hobby and not my whole life anymore. God has truly been blessing me...
Thank you sweetness...

Love planting little chili pepper plants, the fruit is multi colored , they love our hot weather and you can make your own hot sauce.
