Everyone has heard the "horror" stories, i.e. The bait-and-switch, the pimp/driver coming up/in. Back in my dumber days, I would make the acquaintance of ladies out on the stroll; I have personally been/placed myself in some hairy situations. Websites like this can be very helpful, but I am sure some of the "information" dessiminated here can be suspect as well. I have been lurking, and cautiously looking the site over trying to judge how much credence I can give reviews/reviewers

good plan. you'll figure out that a lot of reviewers are actually full of shit and more interested in writing some pathetic attempt at erotic fiction than actually passing on good info. you also have to learn how to communicate with these girls to see how the signals fall. nothing is foolproof and there's always risk, but if you develop a consistent strategy that addresses the things you're looking for, you will weed out most of the bullshit.

Thanks for the responses/advice. I am slowly getting better about digging for info. We need Eccie or the like badly up here in the panhandle. In Dallas or Houston, even things like rubmaps can be useful because of the sheer number of responses, but up here one or two "bad" or fluffed responses can make a huge difference in how a provider is viewed. I know nothing is foolproof; I just want to have the odds in my favor.
