Try melatonin 3mg supplements. Not too intrusive, but may help.

Zzzquil works works great except i feel hung over and cloudy the next day. But i won't wake up at all during the night

Both Benadryl and Zzzquill have the same active ingredient,
Diphenhydramine HCL 50 mg
Some benadryl tablets have 25 mg, so an adult may need 2 of those.

If you buy generic for benadryl you'll save some money compared to the two brands.

I slept after taking benadryl. I'm up now but groggy feeling. I want to go to sleep now but I know If I do I'm gonna really be jacked up. I'm drinking coffee, It's to early for bed

Benadryl can leave you feeling sleepy for quite some time.
Melatonin is not as strong.
