That's a long-awaited and welcome decision. It removes the old inexplicable ban on incalls in a province that otherwise has a most progressive stand on prostitution.

It has always been easier in Ontario, but now that it is completely legit, I wonder how this will affect the trade here on this side of the river. I have to think it will only be a matter of time before the providers and us are tired of taking the risks and just get out your passport.

Crossing into Canada should be easier than ever.
You tell Canadian Customs you're going to the Brothel in Ft. Erie.
But what you going to say when you return to the uptight USA?....lol

Was at the Ft. Erie slots usually works for me. Hmmm...but they're closing at the end of April. Next choice would be visiting a friend.

You have to be careful when saying you are visiting a friend. Customs on both sides of the border may start asking detailed info on your friend's name, address, etc. So be prepared if you use that line with Customs.

Of course this is big news in Canada and on TERB, where it is being widely discussed.
Their biggest fears are that the Conservative Harper Government will stall and obstruct this landmark decision. Seems conservatives in Canada use the same obstruction tactics that conservatives in the USA use when something happens they don't like.

Fortunately for me I do have many friends in Canada. Can provide names, addresses, whatever Customs wants to know. When the Ft. Erie Race Track is open, Customs on BOTH sides will never delay you, if you say you're going or coming back from the track.

No matter what I'm doing, when I cross back from Canada I just say I lost a bit from the casino. The guards don't usually bother much afterwords.

I preach about this shit all the time. Sorry.... but there is always someone "new" reading these threads and I hate it when people get hassled at the border.

Do not EVER say "visiting a friend" unless you really are. They WILL ask for names, addresses, how you know them, etc. It has happened to me.

The "track" is good.... but make sure it's open! The casino works fine. I always say "Sundowner." They all know it and I never get hassled. Ever.
