I've said before, I'll say again. Amy sits on a goldmine. She however CONTINUES to ghost her clients. I know her and have told her that her looks and service are great and could put her in the category to charge more because of it. IF SHE WAS CONSISTENT AND RELIABLE which she isn't. Regardless of who does what. Fix the issues and then their will be no issues. Plan your day, respond accordingly. If a customer is on the way coordinate till they're arrival then visit the customer. Don't leave them sitting outside forever. If your busy till later say that.
