Where are you getting that Trump was against strikes on the Houthi's rebels before he ordered strikes against them? Please provide a link.

WD, I think when you see "Iran-Backed" and "rebels" in any article subject title, I don't believe negotiating with that group is much of an option considering our past relations with Iran. Might as well just get the inevitable over with and not waste time trying to be civilized to a group that is not.

This is a major sea lane. Many commercial shipping lines have already had to divert their vessels and not use this area, causing enormous delays and costs.


There is no negotiation with groups like these. They have no interest in making anything better.
