Will Trump pull the US out of NATO and the UN?
I wouldn’t be surprised. It’s time for Europe to take care of their own security. Let them finance their own defense instead of leeching off the US. It’s their turf, it should be their blood and treasure. Starmer was beating his chest saying he was sending troops and planes to Ukraine. Great! Knock yourself out!!!!

... The problem can NOW be Europe's - since Zelenskyy ran over that-way
in another sorry attempt to grift more money. $$$$
... Trump should threaten to do BOTH... Guilt the other
nations into paying their fair share.

In my opinion, the European Community is a disaster and member countries would be better solving their own problems as independent, sovereign nations.
I also believe the United States should withdraw from the United Nations. The UN is our enemy. Let the UN move its headquarters to Canada or Mexico. They could use the business.
And while talking “foreign policy,” how about no more U.S. involvement in foreign wars!!! That would allow us to abolish the CIA as no longer being necessary.
Just my thoughts.
What do you think???

Agree. Why the hell would we turn away our biggest allies. I understand wanting a more even support level but this would be careless, shortsighted and stupid to anyone that doesn’t have their nose up Putins ass.

You mean the ones who send aid to the USA, everytime we have a national disaster?
Funny, but I have yet to see any European country sending aid to the folks in Tennesee, or Kali, or Hawaii, yet, right now on Ebay you can buy surplus US produced Humanitarian MREs, for 50 bucks a case, because our country over produced so many to distribute around the world under Biden.
Funny, how those MREs were sold privately as surplus, while our own people starve.
FUCK EUROPE.
I'll state this, if Euro is so great, why aren't you there?
You know half the shit you say here would get you jailed in many civilized European countries.

Offered aid needs to be accepted. The U.S. often declines aid from foreign allies and doesn't ask very often for assistance.
That has little to do with NATO or the U.N.
It's a strawman.

Trump has had enough of Zelensky.
He calls out Zelensky for not wanting peace, and calls out Europe for admitting they need the US to pull off direct war with Russia, aka WW3.
The odds of Trump leaving NATO increase every time Zelensky opens his mouth.

Nato? Maybe.
At the least, the US contrib needs to be severely reduced.
Caveat: Can Nato expand to the Artic ocean?
Canada, Greenland & Norway may need help.
Regardless, the US monetary support needs to heavily decrease.
And btw, if the US and Russia get into it, Europe and south east Asia will become a nuclear wasteland.
So Europe, Zelenskyy, and Iran, need to change their tunes.
Frankly, I'm wondering why Israel has not lobbed a nuke at Iran yet.
As for the UN....
The US has a permanent membership veto on the Security council.
Can't give that up.
But, the "dues" need to be heavily reduced.

You make all your arguments directed at the money. I AGREE with you!!
Fix the unevenness but why cut ties? Very odd…
Your “if euro is so great, why aren’t you there” comment was dumb.

this war is because Ukraine was never supposed to be part of NATO
the US and NATO agreed to that. then expanded anyway.
Putin's red line is Ukraine

Perhaps for you, shotguns blast a wide pattern, if winged I apologize.
But there are some here who think Europe has better ideas on how to spend US money than we do.
OK, become part of their financial system then.
I expect my Government to tax me for the things that need done, not what someone thinks needs done.
Needs, and wants.

Wrong, as usual. We obtain medical supplies, food and other support from NATO members and other countries.
The Canadians have provided aircraft, equipment and firefighters in certain instances
A tribe in Kenya offered a small herd of cows for Katrina.
The Irish provided support and aid to Native American reservations during the pandemic
K-9's have been provided for search and rescue, and cadaver recovery.
As for Ukraine and NATO there is no written agreement with the Russians regarding Ukraine being barred from NATO, not NATO expansion. Cite Baker. We can cite times Gorbachev confirmed that no such agreement existed. If they didn't get it in writing, that's their problem. Not NATO's
If these 2 things are reasons to pull out of NATO, then it's horseshit Russian talking points and not actual reality.
