Quality Providers
I got to thinking about what makes a quality provider??HHMM...The way I handle the gentlemen I see or talk with I treat them with respect, added personal touches, treat them like a gentleman and never just a "client", It's about the attitude, atmosphere, and personal interaction. Knowing what they need and desire...please add to the list...

I think attitude is 100%. From that GFE, PSE, whichever can pour forth. If there is a provider that stirs up drama on a board, then I would not see that provider BCD. However, if there is a provider that is nice, good sense of humor, easy going on the board, then I am all for the BCD.

This pic sums up a big part for me. It must go both ways for it to work though.

It starts with attitude, ability to express one's self in an appropriate but also relevant manner, sense of humor but not a push over, can debate without using the F bomb as every other word, the atmosphere she entertains in, prompt responses not only to clients but also references, an overall head for business and knowing your target market. The little extras that matter to most. Having his favorite beverage, wearing what he asks provided he did so before you packed to leave town lol, having a few items for him to clean up, candles, etc.
Too many people feel that because they are escorts that the business end is not significant...actually, that is the make or break detail for many guys willing to spend top dollar. In the end of course, making him feel as if there is no other place you would rather be is key. A good rule of thumb is quality not quantity. Too many are after the quick, cheap buck, and sacrifice the details that make for a memorable or return visit.

I think what separates providers and clients into their respective tiers is the amount of professionalism, courtesy and respect they exhibit along with their overall enthusiasm and genuine concern for mankind.
I think that the vast majority of ladies on this board, especially those who have responded so far to this thread, represent the top one tenth of one percent of their profession.
I think that the professionalism starts with the initial contact by the client. We have done our homework (or the better ones have) and we have chosen you. Now, we need to present ourselves in such a manner for you to choose us (as you do your homework). Common courtesy and respect are paramount. It is during this initial discourse that one can determine if chemistry or a connection exists. If it doesn't, I will not hesitate to proceed in another direction; likewise, my feelings will not be hurt if I am turned down either. I am looking for a mutually beneficial long term business relationship. I don't need nor want notches in my belt.

Here is my take on being a quality provider (at least for me).
Too many of us in this thing are jaded and it shows. There really is nothing like being a provider, granted I'm not one so I don't have first hand experience but I have been extremely close to some and have seen what the stage behind the curtain looks like. It isn't all roses. In this you can see the very worst of human nature, that goes for both the guys and ladies.
To be a quality provider you not only have to be a good business woman you also have to be....well.....everything. To some you are filling a hole in their life, others you are simply giving them what they don't get or not willing to put in the work to get what they want. Some just want someone to spend time with, some just need to feel wanted, even for just an hour. Not only do you have to be all these things, some are mothers, wives, SO's, family people, and friends. It's a lot for one person to be. We as males, for the most part, don't have to be all these things....ever. Most ladies do this cause it allows freedom to live your lives as you please. Some do this cause they feel they have no other options. Some do this as a means to move on to something better, faster.
Being a quality provider takes an enormous amount of balance to be able to be what the person that wants to be with you, wants you to be. A lot of gentlemen really don't know what they want and just want you to figure it out...lol. Funny, that is what most men say their wives tell them all the time...."you should just know" lol.
I for one have a tremendous amount of respect for those that can do this and still have a "tender" heart. I also have a tremendous amount of compassion for those who no longer have a "tender" heart. Even towards the ones I may not like.
I had an experience with someone I would not only consider a quality provider, but a quality human being. She gave me the impression that she genuinely wanted to spend the time we spent together with me and only me. She was a visiting provider and she made me feel as if she had only came here to see me and me alone. Naturally, that isn't true (oh how I wish it were...lol) but she sure made me feel like it.
Quality Human Being
Good Business Sense
Respect
Compassion
Passion for People
For the Most Part Enjoys What She Does
Ect ect..... All make for a quality provider in my eyes.

I just be myself with clients...
I feel everyone is interesting and so very different, I like to explore, laugh, and just have fun...I always want to make sure my client is comfortable and at ease, I'm very professional,( but not in the robot sense), more like, I will always have a clean, upscale room, fresh towels, beverage of your choice, I enjoy getting to know a guy, and then everytime they visit with you it gets better and better, like old friends....I want the guy to leave with a massive smile on his face and complete satisfaction
