The thing that a lot of people don't understand is that digital recognition technologies are coming that will apply to digital images created and posted now. In 5 years (my guess), you'll be able to click on a picture of a person and select 'find more' and it will indeed find more. So be careful about the pictures you post today.

This tech is already here, and available on computers for finding images on your HD.
