I've often wondered why people get so butthurt and triggered in a sandbox. Sandbox's were design to not hurt production environments. What it means in conjunction with other board rules is that it's a non specific forum topic related playground.

Board rules stipulate not thread hijacking or changing the general direction of a thread. For those that really dont understand or know what this means let me help you. It means if I start a thread about monkey bars on a playground you should not come in the thread and change the discussion to interplanetary cosmic explosions. If you're giving anecdotes or examples that can yield the two together then by all means let's see you do it.

But What it doesnt mean is that relevant points to the topic are considered hijacking. For example if I start a thread about Mass shootings and the killer who did it. Topics incidental to that such as why, who, when, and how are not considered a thread hijack. I just thought I'd take the time to educate some folks on what that really means.

No one should get triggered and blow a gasket because someone mentions the word politics or evil Donald J Trump in a Sandbox its totally and completely unreasonable and definately not a board rule violation...in a fucking sandbox of all places.

There is a reason Eccie has it. Politics can be a very volatile subject. That's why they try to keep it in that forum.
We also have other dedicated forums such as Provider Reviews and AMP Reviews
There actually is a purpose for having all these forums

I feel certain you will challenge what I have told you. It might be best to ask the moderators to clarify what I have said so that you can understand it.

There is even a forum you can ask the moderators questions.
If I recall...it's the second forum from the top in the main menu.
If you look closely you will find it. If not....let me know and I will send you a link.

EDIT: I just went and looked and the correct name of the forum is Questions for the Staff.

Nothing you said is relevant to my OP. Again anecdotal and/ or direct examples/ commentary to a Topic is spot on. For example there's a sub forum for Strip Clubs...if anyone mentions the word Strip Club, Stripper or Stormy Daniels in the Sandbox how in holy fucking hell is that some rule violation? because a word or name wasnt posted in the Strip club forum but rather in Sandbox? Do you see the ridiculousness of such a view? Even if a political thread is started in Sandbox it's not a rule violation which is the point. Why yall cant understand such a base level concept is beyond me.

Sometimes I wonder why do I even try explaining reasonable things. I will let you guys continue to whine and cry to the mods on things that are utterly ridiculous and clearly within the rules.

I feel sorry for you guys...

I feel for you sc. You probably have complained your whole life. You complain every day here. You are always a victim and you are always right....everyone else is wrong. That's got to be a lot to complain about.
