I can think of far more overused porn star and provider persona surnames than Rain/Raine/Rayne/Reign lol.

Unfortunately most porn stars don't get to pick their names. Their agent does that for them. One could argue the point but often end up in a negotiation rather than winning.

My agent wanted to name me Kaycee Montanna. After much bickering and arguing we finally agreed on Jaycee Rivers.

I started out as Dallas...but there were so many other "Dallas" or "Dallas derivatives",so i added Rain
It just sounded cool to me.....no significance or no reason other than that.
