have some damn discipline. know your budget. stick to it. pay your bills first. set aside your retirement money. any money left over is your fun money. what you do with your fun $ is nobody's business but your own.

i checked off a whole bunch of bucket list items in the hobby, all while paying my dang mortgage every month. not one damn thing i regret about my hobby fun $ expenditures. who has time or energy for civvie sex goals? what are the odds of having a civvie flawless ebony foursome with plenty of greek style for a middle age white male? slim to none.
you want value? the hobby offers the best fun/dollar on the damn planet, if you're not a clueless dumbass..
