Thought I was the only one this has happened too… Last few times I’ve been in I’ve gotten turned away by Rose. She didn’t say I was Wendys customer but said she was “busy”. Even after asking how long it would be she froze me out. . Keep in mind I always call ahead and schedule, have been seeing her for years and tip accordingly.
