I'd say more likely than not; I'm not sure most REPS do anything alone, so when I hear about that, it raises eyebrows.

I'd imagine most don't feel safe in washington with partisan politics as they are right now.

there was actually a proposal to move certain agencies across the country; decentralize the operations.

thinking goes that if something happened to D.C., you'd have several agency directors in different parts of the country.
