Checking your older encounters you have given a name each time except for 1 several years ago and while you were given credit the encounter was missing all the contact information so while approved it should should not have been.

The name is needed so members know who is actually being reviewed

I've previously been denied credit due to lack of name.
It is sometimes difficult to get a name. Language barriers prevent conversation. Masseuse decline to give a name for their own protection. All of them lie about their name.

Guess I’m not going to get it edited or getting credit. Talk about iron fist. Eventhough this was a bit of weird circumstance and gave everything else identifying. Here is also just a suggestion. Maybe it should say provider name nor member ID ad well as scrap the review if it’s not “acceptable “. Kind of double standard that the review will stay up and all the information is available for its intensive purpose but you don’t give the person access. Just do away with it all together and let’s try again. I could def understand if you have no contact info what so ever and just a meeting with a person. This wasn’t the case. And we now have the info and we have a moderator who doesn’t want to assist.

As I asked before. Please remove the entire review.

It's frustrating, but this is one forum member just sayin' that I understand the emotions of the OP, I'm glad the OP posted, it was good information, I'm sorry it didn't have the results the OP wanted, I'm sure the next one will be good to go, and we all say things on forums in the heat of the moment.
