Curious-Do any SO`s allow hobbying?

Hi,
I had a query. With so much advice on this board about being careful and how to avoid your SO`s suspicion-like hobby phone,private browsing ,deleting history and so many guys freaking out if their SO`s find out-- Guys, do any of your SO`s allow or dont mind hobbying? Do any of them encourage you or even assist you in your quest?
It`s not that you dont care for your wife-It`s just that sex with the same person for a long time can get boring.Also it may be that your SO is unattractive sexually and hence you hobby..The SO`s realize this and suggest you hobby.Am I dreaming ? Or do some wishes indeed come true?

Yes, but it ain't simple. In my case, she knows the fact that I do, but does not participate, encourage etc. I'd characterize it as tolerance and an acknowledgement of our circumstances - not enthusiastic approval.

Privacy, LE, and avoiding drama all make me adhere to the practice safe hobbying rules.

Not a hijack attempt, but an aside, for those in the happy position of not having to hide this from the SO; how did you bring this subject up in the first place?

I've told my lady from the time we got engaged that she could have all of the strange she wanted as long as she was physically and emotionally safe (of course she never offered the reciprocal, and to my knowledge, never availed herself of the offer). Also, every time a news item, documentary etc. on the "oldest profession" comes on she is more adamant than I am (or can show I am) that it should be legalized and respected as a natural and necessary part of society.

Yet I fear that bringing up the subject on a personal level would make her look for things she doesn't look for today in my behavior.

Even in you are having sex multiple times a week (or a day!), some guys still want variety and new experiences. This is why swinging works for some couples.

When I was married to "2.0", he still hobbied on occasion, and I would visit with some of the girls at social events. I just felt it was a waste of money when he wasn't using his available resources at home (maybe this is why he is the "ex" - lol)
