Possible Room For Rent - North Austin
I am looking for a roommate and am willing to consider a provider who does outcalls only. I do incalls only, so I don't want excessive traffic. Discretion is a must! Rent would be $700 monthly plus 1/3 of the bills (electric, water, trash, tv, internet). To move in there is a deposit of $700, and 30 days notice is required when moving out. You will have a month-to-month lease for the first 90 days, and beyond that we can discuss things if we're a good fit. Smoking is outside only. Pets may be allowed depending upon what it is. A pet deposit and pet rent will be required if you have an animal. This is an upscale home, and is in a nice neighborhood. There is a washer and dryer available for use. You will have your own private bathroom and balcony. Reasonable drinking is fine. Drugs of any kind are NOT ALLOWED!
