Maybe you just browsed her showcase and got enamored or perhaps she was recommended. The lady now is someone who has caught your attention and you're making plans, whether she knows it or not, to pursue a session with her. Perhaps even committing significant resources to do so (traveling, etc.). After a little forum flirting and PM banter, it's heating up and you're about to throw caution to the wind and do it, when...

All of the sudden you read it. That one post by her that causes your mouth to drop and your eyes to bulge. "I can't believe she posted that..." you say. And the infatuation erodes as quickly as it built.

Ever happen to you? Has to me. Oh my, has it ever...

If you read some of my posts, it is not unusual for me to read every review and a significant number of posts by a lady before I pull the trigger.

In some case, a high posts count in of itself may be enough to change my mind. Anything that sounds ghetto, street talk, pimp talk, etc. can slam that door closed.

And I'll even go so far as to say that the problem with mine was an arrogant post. I mean, seething arrogance. I had never seen it in her previous posts. I just don't have much room in life for arrogant people. What I find to be true is that people who mention their wealth, their education, their money, their prowess BCD, etc. usually are either lying or covering up for something else. I just can't do games.

Happened more when I first started Hobbying, not so much now. I used to look at the pics and think "Damn!!!! She is Hot!!!" Most pics have the ladies looking much better than normal, she is posing seductively, wonderful smile, appears she is looking right at me, you know the good photos. But when I arrive, it is the same woman, just a little heavier hair not as nice, not posing seductively, just different not as my mind can imagine, lol.

Also, the posts can give some insight to a lady's personality but in my experience she is just as phony on here as when I see her. So posts nowadays hold very little weight with me. I am not being derogatory, as I understand these ladies must put on a persona as we are their potential clients. But when guys tell me she said the same thing to them as she Pmed to me, lol. I realize it is all business for them so what the real persona is I have no clue, lol.

I look for professionalism today, does she fall into the crapola and bitterness some do, if so I am not interested. BUt I like women that post, Ilook for honesty too, just me.

Funny how the mind works because this part is always fun for me. The reality makes sessions better. Ladies who can't break out of "fantasy" mode and instead role play some part just don't fan my flame. It's why longer sessions are better--the guard has to be dropped just a bit so ordinary conversation can set it. I rather like that feeling of taking a break mid-session, having a drink, maybe checking some messages, and then wondering how to fire the seduction back up for the sequel.

That's probably why the whole arrogance things bugs me so. Somewhere in the middle of a longer session, most guys can figure out if a lady actually has the PhD or the horde of silver bullion or the connections with the Prince of Zaire that she claimed in the forum.

I am not suggesting that a lady with some spunk is a problem. One of my favorites used to be a DFW gal who went by handle of Rumor AKA Alice. Lots of spunk, but also lots of brains. Had a great time with her.

I prefer intelligence, not a phony persona. Real world type of gal, girl next door type.

I was reading a provider's P411 profile who I was really interested in seeing when something in her profile caught my attention. I couldn't figure out what a certain phrase meant so I Googled the phrase. When I realized she referring to something illegal (and no I'm not referring to her being an escort), I was so turned off. I just couldn't believe she was so open about it.

For myself if I see just one post that seems off I give the person the benefit of the doubt maybe he was having a bad day....everyone says one bad review doesn't really matter so one post shouldn't be a deciding factor... but if a pattern begins than yes it is something worth thinking about...just my opinion

So many providers list rudeness as their greatest dislike; however, there are some that often post incredibly rude commentary.

Yes, I would say a fairly large percentage of the providers I have considered got removed from the list due to their own posts indicating a bad match (lack of grace, consideration, kindness).

To be fair, I'm sure I've thrown some crap out there--likely after the 2nd beer. You know what they say, don't drink and post.
