Default Ruth Bader Ginsberg Falls *BREAKING*

In her office. Breaks three ribs. Taken to hospital. If you've taken care of an elderly parent you know its sooner than later....

Please join me in prayer for a speedy retirement.

I invite all to offer a prayer for RBG's speedy recovery.
She has had serious medical issues, and an injury such as this is serious in a person her age.

My prayer for her speedy recovery.

I think the nation shares your prayer.

Except of course for the assholes who are celebrating. (And we know who they are)

She was hoping for the Blue Wave so she could retire.

Resemblance:

But not the stamina.

Thank you YR
No one should celebrate something such as this.

Let's not attribute such to " we know who" without proof
Links , proof, please.

I agree - crass, inappropriate, no place for that in reasonable political discourse.

What Aboutism.

I think Ginsburg should have retired during Obama’s term, but of course we know what would have happened then. In fact we saw it.

Scalia was a toad, imho, but I never wished him death as certain posters in this forum routinely do.

I thought we weren’t supposed to report hateful shit from the “old ECCIE.”

Maybe we should ask staff for clarification.

Look man, just because you’re a new Political Forum haunter, I figure a bright guy like you might know how to navigate the SEARCH function.

Or at least look within this thread.

Apparently I was wrong.

Admittedly. Gotcha!!!!! NOT.

Nothing against RBG but I was watching the news at the top of the hour; FOX and OAN were talking about the shooting, CNN was talking about RBG. Priorities...

One is a breaking story that is still developing and many people are yet to be notified. The other story is a done deal. I guess CNN knows what they're doing.

Is that as close as you can get to an apology for that post?
Thank you for admitting it was wrong.

Insults based on purported IQ are inappropriate.

I pray i will never wish something like that on anyone
If i do, I pray to be a person strong enough to apologize for it.

Sorry, I have several posters on ignore and sometimes don't follow the hubbub.

Some Democrats want to work poor Ruth Bader Ginsberg to death. And with the same breath attribute working to death as a "perverse conservative, Republican" value. Some Dems would describe RBG as a "champion of Progressive values" and want her to die in office in order to "protect those values." Most, if not all, of those values will be protected with or without her on the bench. What values are being protected by her falling in her office?

Have mercy on the woman. Let her retire in peace. She can recover fully during her retirement. Hopefully she has a nice and long retirement like another great appointee Sandra Day O'Conner. "May RBG outlive us all."
