little lies = BIG LIES as the saying goes
keep talking Mitt ..
according to Securities and Exchange Commission filings, Romney did not leave Bain Capital in 1999 as he said he had but continued his tenure for three additional years.
“Government documents filed by Mitt Romney and Bain Capital say Romney remained chief executive and chairman of the firm three years beyond the date he said he ceded control, even creating five new investment partnerships during that time,” Globe reporters Callum Borchers and Christopher Rowland wrote.
While Romney has previously said he left Bain in 1999 to lead the Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City, the SEC documents filed by Bain Capital tell a different story and state he continued to serve as the firm’s “sole stockholder, chairman of the board, chief executive officer, and president,” according to the Globe.

I wonder when all of the Americans, who are so upset at companies having manufacturing facilities in China, are going to refuse to buy goods that are made in China.
The question is no longer, "what's made in China"?, the question is "what's NOT made in China"?

All the more reason to make it less appealing for companies to outsource, and give incentives to keep jobs here in America. We need to tax the crap out of the imports that come from other countries, increase tarriffs and so.

didnt you know Romney vetoed legislation the kept american jobs in America?
2005
Ultimately, Romney vetoed the measure because he said that even if those jobs were back in the United States, they would not necessarily have been in Massachusetts.
"There's no question we are affected by outsourcing, as is every other state. Any job that leaves is a big loss, and you want to fight to keep every job in the Commonwealth. The legislation I vetoed was not designed to do anything for Massachusetts employers. It might help ‘call center’ states, but it didn't necessarily protect a single job here. But it had the potential of costing our citizens a lot more money. Ultimately, how you compete with low-cost countries is having a more educated, innovative, hard-working, and capable workforce. And that means that you invest in two things: education and innovation."

God, I wish Romney weren't the only viable alternative to Obama. Oh, well. We're just trying to buy some time, that's all.

LOL! Obama has done what I thought was not possible. He has convinced me to support Romney. That hasn't changed.

And my alternative is? At least Romney walks on it. Obama shreds it. Obama apparently swore to "deter, deflect and upend the Constitution of the United States."

your alternative is NEITHER
youre just a simpleminded hypocrite that constantly barks about the constitution being ignored or trashed, then you selectively ignore those that violate its core principle by grading them ... and even worse grading them by using your OPINION as a guideline ...
walking and shreding is one in the same to americans that really give a shit about the founding fathers of this country ... apparently you arent one that gives a shit.
as far as Im concerned your constitutional opinion no longer exists on the board ...
Libertarian my Texas ass, youre a yellowback republican.
