Hey Don
You are welcome!
I used to be (and still am to a few clients) a personal trainer so I know quite a bit about health and nutrition and what you are talking about.
Unfortunately starting at age 30, everyones testosterone levels as well as HGH levels start to ramp down and these definitely affect sex drive (for both men and women) as well as orgasms, and erection issues. The decline in testosterone and HGH levels do not really make their presence known until mid to late 40's and by 50's you are really noticing it.
I have studied this because a lot of my personal training clients were older and had a hard time putting and keeping muscle on their body., losing weight, belly fat. For many of them, once they started replacing the low testosterone and HGH levels in their bodies, not only did they start to lose weight and put on muscle, but they also had more energy, better sex drive and better erections and orgasms
HGH starts to decline in the body as we grow older. After the age of 30 it declines by 25 percent every decade, so by the time you hit 60 you are operating at 25 percent of original capacity.
There is also a hormone called oxytocin (it is also know as pitocin and women are given this during childbirth to move things along) that both men and women can become deficient in and it can inhibit orgasms if it is low in the body. I now take it and the orgasms are very intense lol
I wrote an entire blog post about this

So it is not really about age that is slowing down your orgasms, but your declining hormones, oxytocin and HGH levels which are at the root of sex drive, orgasms and erections issues.
Some other things that can affect orgasm, sex drive and erections in both sexes (minus erection issues in women lol) include: fatigue, stress, doing drugs, taking pharma drugs (like blood pressure, anti-depressants, allergy meds, etc), thyroid issues (becoming a bigger problem due to chemicals, gluten and a whole host of other issues), adrenal fatigue, depression, alcohol abuse, jet lag, menopause, childbirth - lol I am surprised any of us are horny anymore.
As far as diet goes. Your diet can affect the levels of hormones in your body. But believe it or not, your gut health is the #1 root issue of hormonal imbalances. So many people nowadays have an unhealthy gut because of diet. lack of good probiotics, our fastidiousness to keeping clean and all the anti-bacterial soaps out there and even leaky gut (you can google this to find out more. I have had it and am still healing it and lol it sounds weird but nowadays most people have this to some degree and it is a silent issue meaning people have it and they don't know they have it so that is why I know a lot about it.
This particular doctor - dr axe is well known (he has appeared on dr ox many times) and I do take his products and they are good for healing the gut. I also just bought his book on healing this and it is very good.

Your diet should be as clean as possible meaning lean meats (no factory farmed meats bc they are filled with antibiotics, hormones and plus the animals are treated cruelly), whole grains like brown rice, amaranth, quinoa, lentils, avocados, nuts, seeds (like flax and chia), nut butters, coconut oil, olive oil, fish fruits, vegetable, eggs, grass fed butter, fermented foods like sauerkraut, kimchi, coconut water kefir, yogurt, cheese. Stay away from gluten, sugar, processed foods.
In otherwards your diet should be like the pioneers ate - simple and fresh. Microwaved stuff is convenient but it is dead and devitalized and does not really support life. Your body and hormones run best on a clean diet, clean liver etc. If you go to my blog post, I did a video about what I put in my green drink that I drink everyday and it really helps to clean out your body and liver. The green drink video is towards the end of the blog post.

I am also going to start being more active on all kinds of social media because not only do I like to do videos and talk about fitness, health, etc, but I have also been finding new clients on it and most of it is free - I like free lol. Right now I am on twitter (my handle is @stephaniaricci1) and just today signed up for instagram (handle is stephaniaricci1) so if you follow me on these I will be posting new videos related to topics like health and other issues like me working out at the gym lol. I will also post pictures. I just posted some from my new photo shoot 2 weeks ago and tonight I took a picture of my healthy dinner and posted it lol. Social media is also another way for you to get to know me better since I tweet everyday (I have about 1,500 tweets now) and it allows me to interact with people.
Try to also get some exercise, have low stress levels in your life, laugh and meditate because all of that slows down cortisol levels in the body. If you have high cortisol levels from stress it can affect orgasms, sex drive and erections. The body wants to be happy and not stressed. For women, high stress levels will stop the sex drive because for women since we can get pregnant, if a womans body senses stress it is obviously not a good time to get pregnant so the body slows or stops the sex drive until the danger passes.
You can also try going to a naturopathic doctor and trying some testosterone cream (and even try semorelin which stimulates the pituitary to release more HGH. I talk about it more and include links in the oxytocin blog post link above) I don't believe HGH is avail in the USA anymore. The doctor will have to test your testosterone and HGH levels first to see how low you are.
I could go on and on about things that affect sex drive, hormones, etc because one of my other passions besides porn is writing, fitness, health, nutrition, anti-aging and law of attraction. I could keep writing, but then this would become a book lol. I have tried to cover the biggest offenders and hope this helps.
If you can see a hormone specialist or anti-aging doctor (they do more than just anti-age you and believe it or not having low hormones and HGH levels can age both men and women. For instance women with low estrogen will typically have more wrinkles than women with higher estrogen levels) they will be able to help you tremendously in this area as well
Unfortunately I don't tour lol - however you are more than welcome to fly me to you or you can come out here to the SF bay area where I reside :-)
