Does it matter what the motivation was? I certainly do not believe it should. There was a crime committed against someone I do not care for , the man that did should be prosecuted by the letter of the law.

I was referring to this specific incident and primarily his political incident. I also don’t think bobbing someone in the head with a hammer is accidental. I see your point in general, and I agree with it
