Ladies: What Motivated You To Become A Provider?

In the thread "prostitute rehab" there are a few proponents of the cliched notion that most Providers are coerced into the biz or have addiction issues.

So, why did you choose to become a Provider?

My 2 cents: There are actually two very distinctly different groups of Providers:

(1) Independent businesswomen who choose of the own free will that they want to be Providers. They run their own business, make their own decisions and Provide because that is what THEY want to do for whatever reason they so desire, be it to make money, to make money while at the same time fulfilling a fantasy life, or simply because they want to. Being the "high priced call girl" is one of the most common female fantasies ... some actually do make this fantasy their reality.

(2) Women who are forced, coerced, pimped, enslaved, or to support an addiction. This program is primarily aimed at these women and it's a very good thing. I don't think anyone on here condones this and these women can benefit from a program like this.

I would add to Sticky's 2 categories. Latin agency ladies seem to be in between the two. I don't think they are enslaved or pimped. However citizenship may be questionable so the agency allows them easy cash with some degree of protection, but unlike a pimp they can basically come and go, or go back home to visit or pick up new tits.

I believe that "necessity" is a key factor here. Sometimes money is the main motivator.

I grew up having everything I wanted and needed...adulthood would be no different. I also came to realize it makes more sense ... to walk away with help for rent instead of a little debbie cake or a meal. ijs. I didn't want to be like my friends getting ran through with broken hearts just to ask their mother for $$ for everything.

I actually had a normal growing up experience, both parents and was shielded from this world. I had a normal job working countless hours and was taking care of my family and my disabled father and needed $200 more a week. So I thought of it as a 2nd job lol. I never knew the $ that was in this, and kinda stumbled into it for that little extra I needed. Then I realised that one call was what I already made in a 10-12 hour shift, and in 30 mins or 60 mins. I was stunned, and it gave me the oportunity to get things done, and get ahead! So I kinda became full time, and after all my hard work, now I'm at 4-5 clients a week and A-OK with that! I love the chance to be home everyday and live my life instead of being stuck at a job for 12 hours +commute time!!!
