T- Mobile?

I don't know if it because I'm so far from home or if it is just because my service provider hates my guts but is anyone else having problems with their T-Mobile phones?
2 days ago my service was completely blacked out for almost 24 hours, costumer service said that it was the whole network in Alabama and Georgia not just mine, but every since then I have had a handful of people (personal & hobby related) tell me that when they call it goes straight to voicemail.
Anyone else having this problem? I think it may be time to switch service providers again.

I just recently switched to T-mobile. I've not noticed any problems. But then again my phone does WiFi calling and I work from home to boot so I haven't been off my place since Sunday.

My service has been on the whole time. I'm always on that thing. I think customer service might have been stalling ya.....

BigH thanks for reminding me about wifi calling, my phone is capable, I had just completely forgot that it could do that. Now that it's on hopefully I will have no more problems.
