And as I recall, that patent extention basically happened at the last minute, while everybody was poised for a generic option. Can you imagine what a what generic Viagra would have done to all ED drug prices (not just Viagra, but Cialis and Levitra also)? Big Pharma definitely has its cock about 8" up the gubmint's ass.
