Default Rand Paul tells tea party: Be more inclusive

Is anybody in the movement listening? Or do you want what you want and are not going to be respectful of others wants and needs? Whirly do you understand that he means you are not going to win national elections as is.

http://www.cbsnews.com/news/rand-pau...ore-inclusive/

Conservatives, he said, should be talking about things like goals to lift up the poor and create jobs -- to "make sure everybody knows that's what we're here for."
Paul has delivered the same message not just to tea party conservatives but to the Republican Party as a whole.
"What I do believe is Texas is going to be a Democrat state within 10 years if we don't change," he recently said. "That means we evolve, it doesn't mean we give up on what we believe in, but it means we have to be a welcoming party."

Tea Party success isn't about "winning" a national election, but about winning local, state and Congressional races...changing the agenda of Washington thru base building.

We don't have to control the White House to advance the agenda of small constitutional government...just re-set the dialogue. So far, the Tea Party has had tremendous successes; it is why Democrats demonize and try to destroy the TP.....

And Rand Paul's comment isn't about changing the agenda, his criticism is about messaging to sound softer in discussing the TP agenda.

Rand Paul is in a small battle against Ted Cruz to emerge as a front runner for conservatives....don't mistake the criticism as a weakness or split in the Tea Party !

BTW, You do understand that there is only 1 national election....and a Tea Party candidate hasn't a chance to win that prize at this time......in the meantime, the Tea Party electoral successes continue......

in other words Jackie the Tea Party is only designed to block any legislation that doesn't fit their agenda, and are basically a MOOT political sector in the big picture pandering to the minority of registered voters in a general election .. they should spend more time in spelling class and STFU .,..

everyone respects idiots that can't spell official ... NOT

Paul can call himself a Libertarian republican or a tea party republican or a Cheese Pizza for all I care, his rant against Cruz wanting to play soldier and start a world war says theres a line between him and the TP idiots ... IMO Paul needs to distance himself from those idiots and shitstains like Whirlie.

Nobody does this early out. You of all people should know that with your dumbass trending thread in 2012. What we do know is that the GOP would probably already control the Senate Iif not for the Tea Party nominating nuts in states to bright red.

The Tea Party thinks it is something they are not , Reagan Republicans. They have no desire to work with the other side. Americans do not care for that type of governance.

Forget the spelling, what do you feel about the sentiments? Should English become the official langauge (as it practically already is in the immigration laws)?

YOu mean like Todd Akins....the man who was supported by his democratic opponent in the primary? Whereas the two REAL Tea Party lost by a razor thin margin to an establishment republican. See how easy it is to tell the whole truth?
